About my running
I am a 14-year-old distance runner from Georgia. I am homeschooled and currently train independently rather than for a school team. Most of my training is self-directed with the help of data, race analysis, and AI-assisted coaching.
My focus is long-term development, building both speed and endurance rather than specializing in a single distance.
Why I run
I enjoy the process of improvement. One workout doesn't matter much by itself, but months of consistent training add up. Watching small improvements compound over time is my favorite part of running.
I enjoy both racing and the daily training process, and I find long-term progression just as rewarding as race results.

Coaching
I do not currently train under a traditional coach or as part of a team. Instead, I use daily training logs, heart rate data, race analysis, long-term planning, and a personalized ChatGPT running coach.
After nearly every run, I analyze pace, heart rate, effort, weather, recovery, sleep, and race performances so my training can adapt day by day instead of following a rigid schedule.
Training style
My training combines endurance, long runs, aerobic development, half marathon preparation, speed work, and racing across the mile, 2 mile, 5K, and half marathon.
