This is the public support page for WristFolio, the Apple Watch app for live BTC price checks, personal BTC portfolio tracking, and quick historical chart views.

What WristFolio does

WristFolio is an Apple Watch app for checking the live BTC price, tracking your BTC amount, and viewing quick historical ranges from your wrist.

Compatibility

WristFolio is built for Apple Watch and depends on network access for live BTC price refresh. Historical chart views and portfolio calculations are shown directly in the watch app.

If App Review or a user needs help reproducing an issue, include the Apple Watch model, watchOS version, and the app version when contacting support.

If the price is not updating

Make sure the watch has a network connection, then use the in-app refresh action to reload. The app depends on live price data from CoinGecko.

If the issue continues, fully close and reopen the app, then try again.

If the portfolio value looks wrong

The portfolio total is based on the BTC amount entered by the user and the latest BTC price returned by the app. Your entered BTC amount is stored locally on the device.

Check the saved BTC amount first. If the amount is correct, refresh the live BTC price and compare again. WristFolio is for quick personal tracking and does not provide financial advice.

If the app stops opening normally

Fully close WristFolio and reopen it. If the issue continues, restart the watch and try again.

If support needs to investigate further, email the watch model, watchOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened.
